British scientist Peter Brady, while working on an invisibility formula, suffers a tragic accident which turns himself invisible. Unfortunately, there is no antidote, so, while working on a method to regain his visibility, he undertakes missions for his government stopping bad guys.

Dr Brady is tricked into helping a woman he finds at a car accident site. Lured by the woman back to her home he encounters a wealthy man who has been left horrible disfugured by an accident. The man begs for Brady’s assistance to make him invisible to ease his pain over his scars. At first reluctant, he later consents and agrees to begin experimenting. However, the picture is not always as it seems and he is soon caught in a web of lies that threatens to destroy the life of a notable politician.

A series produced in the 1950s from ITV in the UK, this show was remarkable for it’s time for the special effects and action storylines. It is the story of a scientist who’s pursuit for the secret of invisibility causes an… More accident where he himself becomes invisible. While trying to cure himself, he is drafted by the government to solve crimes and conduct secret spy missions. After broadcast in the UK, the series had a successful run on CBS in the USA.
