Honey and Sam are hired by a art museum’s insurance company to prove how easy it is to bypass its security measures. After proving the insurance company’s point, the private investigators agree to furnish an elaborate new system – which is promptly evaded by art thieves.
Honey West was the first female detective to be featured in a weekly American television series.
The pilot for this show was an episode of Burke’s Law (Who Killed The Jackpot? 4-21-65).
Based on the Honey West novels by G.G. Fickling.
Honey West inherited the family detective business from her late father. Her partner, Sam Bolt, was also included in the deal. The love of Honey’s life was her pet ocelot, Bruce.
